Treats

I'm always impressed when I give The Coon a treat with dinner and she leaves it for the end. I usually put it right in front of her dry food and she goes for the wet food then the treat. I don't know if she just likes the wet food more or if she holds out for the treat to enjoy it more, I'd like to think it's the latter.

she was out and about a bit.

When Beale came over she decided to be friendly which seemed a bit strange. She ventured into my room for the first time since I moved in as well. However she figured it out, she just spent time playing with anything black in the room making sure to cover it with as much hair as possible. Eventually she was worn out and just started resting on my bag.

Lunch Munch

While I was making lunch The Coon decided she'd had enough for the day and headed over to the cat nip. By time I was ready to eat she had had her fill and was laying on her side watching me eat.

Day 1

Cooney was hanging around my door this morning since at least 4:30. Last night she was startled by my presence but she's warming up.

Nick fed her this morning and tonight. During the day she kept to herself. Maybe tomorrow she will start getting used to having me around during the day.

Small beginnings for THE COON WATCH!

This blog will officially start once I return home. I'm 3.5k miles from The Coon, but that will be changing shortly!
